Simple & Easy Return and Refund Policy
At Orviana, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Less than 3% of our customers choose to return their purchases, but we still offer a simple and smooth returns process for your peace of mind.
Returns
If you wish to return your order, the product must be unused (for hygiene reasons) and in its original packaging . You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service via email at info@orviana.com , and you will receive the return address. Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Partial refund
If a returned product fails our inspection, you may only be eligible for a partial refund . We are not responsible for shipping costs for products that do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Non-refundable purchases
We do not offer refunds if the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect. Orviana is not responsible for lost packages or other issues that occur due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Please make sure you provide a correct and complete address to avoid delivery issues.
Damaged or faulty goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect , please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@orviana.com , so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-refundable products
We do not offer refunds on the following items:
- Lifetime protection
- Warranty protection
- Gift card
- Charging cables
- Clothing, caps or protective covers for bottles
- Shipping and handling fees

When returning a product, please ensure you include a tracking number . We will issue the refund as soon as our warehouse has confirmed that the item has been received in good condition.
Refund process
All refunds will be made to your original payment method . Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email .
Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction and reflect it in your account.
For returned products that have been opened , a 15% handling and recertification fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
