How long does delivery take?

Our delivery times are usually 4–15 business days and are divided into two phases:

Processing time: 1–3 business days
During this phase, your order is handled, including order confirmation, any adjustments, quality checks, and packaging.

Delivery time: 5–12 business days
Delivery time depends on your destination. This is the time it takes for your order to be transported from our international shipping center to your address.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email . Please check your inbox for updates.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is possible within 30 minutes of placing the order.
After this time limit, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and your order will be processed as usual.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
